These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from PROMINDSET LTD, trading as ProMindset. By purchasing the ProMindset Performance Programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. The ProMindset Performance Programme
The ProMindset Performance Programme is a football development programme designed to help players develop their mindset, mentality and off-field skills.
Your purchase includes access to the programme through the ProMindset app, including the lessons, tools, resources and additional content described at the time of purchase.
Where stated as part of the offer, your purchase also includes a physical ProMindset notebook.
2. Young Players
The programme is designed for young footballers, including players under the age of 18.
If you are under 18, we recommend discussing your purchase and participation with a parent or guardian.
Where parental or guardian consent is required by law, this must be obtained before purchasing or using the programme.
3. Payment and Access
The price of the programme will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, the ProMindset Performance Programme is a one-time purchase and not a subscription.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Following successful payment, you will receive information explaining how to access the programme through the ProMindset app.
Programme access is for personal use by the intended participant and their household and must not be shared, transferred or resold.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
We want you to feel confident purchasing the ProMindset Performance Programme.
If you purchase the digital programme online and change your mind, you can contact us within 14 days of purchase to cancel your digital programme purchase and request a refund.
Simply email hello@promindset.co.uk and clearly tell us that you wish to cancel. You do not need to give us a reason.
Where your purchase includes a physical ProMindset notebook, your statutory cancellation rights relating to physical goods also apply. These generally allow you to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. If the notebook has already been received, we may ask you to return it.
This does not affect your statutory rights if something you purchase from us is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
5. ProMindset Notebook
Where a ProMindset notebook is included with your purchase, it will be sent to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Where stated, standard UK delivery is included in the purchase price.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If your notebook is damaged, faulty or does not arrive, contact hello@promindset.co.uk and we will help resolve the issue.
6. Programme Purpose and Results
The ProMindset Performance Programme is designed for educational and developmental purposes.
Every player is different and we cannot guarantee specific results or football outcomes, including selection, playing time, trials, academy places, scholarships or professional contracts.
The programme is not medical treatment, counselling, psychological therapy or a substitute for appropriate professional medical or mental-health support.
7. Our Content
Unless otherwise stated, ProMindset's original videos, exercises, resources, graphics, frameworks, branding and other programme materials are owned by or licensed to PROMINDSET LTD.
Your purchase gives you permission to use the programme for personal use.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly share or commercially use ProMindset content without our permission.
You must not share your account or login details outside your household.
8. Programme Availability
We aim to keep the ProMindset programme and app available and working reliably.
From time to time, access may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may also update or improve the programme over time.

9. Privacy and Communications
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may contact you with information necessary to provide your purchase, including payment confirmations, programme access information, important programme updates, notebook delivery information and customer support.
Marketing communications will be handled separately and, where applicable, you can unsubscribe at any time.
10. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws that apply where you live.
