Our Founders Story

In 2015 we set up ProMindset to help create a better understanding of what mental performance looks like and how it plays such an integral part in being successful, both on and off the pitch.

 
 

What is Mental Performance?

Mental Performance is the application and development of mental skills, attitudes, perspectives, strategies, and processes that lead to optimal performance, well being, and personal growth. Players, coaches & managers are all well aware of how important developing a strong mentality is, both on a match day and everyday in training. Yet, many do not incorporate mental performance training into their regular routines.

And we believe we know WHY!
