Each individual player thinks differently and can be at different stages of their journey, therefore each 1-1 mentorship program will be tailored to suit the individual needs.
We will work very closely together to make sure you understand WHAT Mental Performance looks like on and off the pitch, WHY you should start working on it every-single-day, and HOW you implement it into your everyday training to make sure your giving yourself the best chance of success. Whatever that looks like for you.

How much does it cost?
The cost of our programs can vary, but after your initial consultation we will then send out a proposal, in this will include the price and what the program will entail.
What will we go through in the sessions?
As we eluded to in the about page, every player is different and at different stages of his or her career therefore the program will be tailored to suit their needs. We will cover things like Resilience, self belief, consistency, professionalisms to name a few.
Can I just do one session to try it out?
Unfortunately not, we pride ourselves on delivering the best possible service, therefore once a proposal has been issued we expect a full delivery of that program.
Can I cancel at any point?
If you are not happy after the first session we will offer you a full money back guarantee, if you cancel after this point you will then have to make full payment for your program.
Do I need a laptop?
Yes a laptop or PC works best for the online delivery of our program, but if you only have a tablet or smart phone we can try and work something out.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes there are payment plans in place for people wanting to spread out the cost.
